Opening hours

Parking: Pay and display on Market Lane, a two-minute walk. Two free spaces behind the clinic for blue badge holders.
Access: Step-free entrance at the side door and a ground-floor treatment room. Tell us when you book and we'll meet you there.
Arriving: Please come five minutes early to your first visit to fill in your health form, and without make-up for facial treatments if you can.
Cancelling: Free up to 48 hours before; after that we keep the consultation deposit.

Do I need a consultation before a treatment?

Yes, for every medical treatment and for your first visit for anything else. It is £30, takes forty-five minutes and comes off your first treatment.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. There's a chair in every room and tea in reception.

Do you treat under-18s?

We offer facials to 16 and 17-year-olds with a parent or guardian present. Every other treatment is for adults only.

How do I pay?

Card or contactless at the clinic. Memberships, consultation deposits and gift cards can be paid online on the prices page.
