Privacy Policy

Last updated

This policy is demo content for the fictional Maison Velour. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own clinic and site actually do; health information needs particular care under your local law.

What we collect

When you write to us, book a consultation, join a membership or buy a gift card, we keep your name, email and what you told us, so we can reply and look after your booking. Payments go through Stripe or Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.

Health information

We never ask for health details through this website. At your consultation we record your medical history, medicines and photos of your skin in our clinical records, kept securely and only for your care. Photos are only ever shared with your separate, written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Skin notes by email

If you sign up, we keep your email address to send them, about once a month. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. If Google Analytics is used too, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: write to hello@maisonvelour.example.

Good evening. I can tell you about our treatments, prices, memberships and how to book a consultation. For anything about your own skin or health, a practitioner will help you at a consultation.
