Our signature facial is the treatment we’d give a friend: unhurried, thorough and kind to the skin. There are no machines and no strong acids, just careful cleansing, a gentle enzyme exfoliation and a mask chosen for how your skin is on the day.
It’s a good first visit if you’re new to treatments, and a good monthly habit if you’re not. Many of our members have it as their monthly treatment.
Who it suits
- Dull, tired or dehydrated skin
- Anyone new to treatments who wants to start gently
- Skin that needs calming before an event
Not for you if
- You have an active cold sore or a skin infection on your face
- You've used a strong retinoid or had a peel in the last week
What happens
- A few questions about your skin and anything you're using on it
- Double cleanse and a gentle enzyme exfoliation
- Extractions only if you'd like them
- A mask chosen for your skin that day, with a hand and scalp massage while it works
- Facial massage, serum, moisturiser and sunscreen
Aftercare
- Skip make-up for the rest of the day if you can
- Use a gentle cleanser and sunscreen for the next few days
- Wait 48 hours before using exfoliating acids or retinoids
