Anti-wrinkle treatment uses a prescription-only medicine to relax the small muscles that draw expression lines into the skin. Softened, the lines ease, and many people find they look rested rather than “done”.

Because it is a prescription medicine, only our prescribers give it, and only after a face-to-face consultation that covers your health, your medicines and what you’d like. If we don’t think it’s right for you, we’ll say so. We never discount it or sell it in bundles.

A medical treatment: it starts with a consultation with one of our prescribers, who checks your health and medicines and only treats if it is right for you. Results vary from person to person.

Who it suits

  • Frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet
  • Adults who want a softer, natural look

Not for you if

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have a neuromuscular condition
  • You take certain antibiotics or other medicines (we'll check)
  • You have an infection or a cold sore in the area

What happens

  1. A face-to-face consultation with Dr Marlow or Sofia Reyes, who prescribe if it is right for you
  2. A cooling period between consultation and treatment if you need time to decide
  3. Small injections with a very fine needle into the chosen muscles
  4. A review two weeks later, included in the price

Aftercare

  • Stay upright for four hours and don't rub or massage the area
  • No hard exercise, saunas or alcohol for 24 hours
  • Call us at once if you notice anything unexpected

Who treats you

Questions

Will I still look like me?

That's our aim. We'd rather soften lines than stop expression, and we'll always suggest less rather than more.

How long does it last?

Usually three to four months, though it varies from person to person. It wears off gradually.
